Why buy from us
We are a trade supplier, not a shop that also sells to clinics. That shapes everything: what we stock, how the account works, and what we can tell you about where a product came from.
Set up an account once, we check your registration, and your trade pricing is on from then.
Who we serve

Injectables, threads and medical devices go to the people on this list. Professional skincare and clinic consumables need no approved account.

Professional skincare and clinic consumables need no approved account. Some of the aesthetic lines are meant for a trained practitioner rather than for home use, so if you are not sure which side a product falls on, ask us before you order.
For injectables, threads and medical devices, yes: set up an account once, we check your registration, and your trade pricing is on from then.
Professional skincare and clinic consumables need no approved account. An account is still worth having: it keeps your order history, your delivery addresses and your reorder list in one place.

Usually, yes. Our supplier range runs to several thousand products and not all of them are listed here. Send us the brand, the product and the size and we will come back to you on price and availability.
Yes. Send the products, the sizes and the quantities and we will quote the whole list as one job.
Send us the order and the date and we will confirm before you pay, rather than leaving you to guess from a delivery window.
For a product: the brand, the product, the size and how many you need. For an order: the order number. For something damaged or faulty: the batch number and the expiry date on the packaging, and a photograph if you can take one.
Ireland and the EU. If you need a delivery date for a particular order, send us the details and we will confirm it for you.
Where a product has to be stored at a particular temperature, that requirement is on the product page and on the manufacturer's own packaging. Check it on arrival and store it accordingly.
The full policy is on the returns and refunds page once it is published.
One thing that will not change: sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons lose the right of return once they are unsealed. Injectables, needles, cannulas and anything sterile sit inside that. It is not us being difficult, it is the same rule every supplier in this trade works to, and it exists because nobody can verify how a sterile product was stored once it has left us.
Tell us the same day, keep the packaging and the outer box, and photograph it before you unpack anything further. The batch number and the expiry date on the packaging are what the manufacturer needs to trace it. The route is on the making a complaint page.
Yes. Everything we list comes through our supply partners in the EU, from the brand's own range. We do not deal in grey market or unbranded stock.
CE marking is the manufacturer's own declaration that a product meets the applicable EU requirements for its class. It is applied by the manufacturer, not granted by us and not granted by a regulator.
We describe products as CE marked, never as CE approved, because approved is not a thing that happens and the difference matters if anyone ever asks you to evidence it.
Yes. Ask us with the product and, if you already have it, the batch number, and we will get the declaration of conformity, the certificate or the instructions for use from the manufacturer.
Practitioners are told to ask suppliers for exactly this, and we would rather you did.
The Cosmetic Products Notification Portal is the EU register a cosmetic product has to be notified on before it can be placed on the market, under Regulation 1223/2009. The notification is made by the responsible person for that product, normally the manufacturer or the EU importer.
Yes. Most product pages carry the ingredient list in full. If one is missing, ask and we will get it from the manufacturer.
No, and you should be wary of any supplier that does. We can tell you what a product is, what the manufacturer says it is for, what is in it and what documentation exists. What to use, on whom, and in what quantity is a clinical decision for a qualified practitioner working inside their own scope of practice and insurance.
Our range is supplied through established EU distribution. If you need the specific supply route for a particular product, ask and we will tell you.
Use it as a reorder list. Mark what is running low as you notice it, then buy the lot in one go when you are ready. Open any product and use the heart beside the price. Your list stays on your wishlist page while you are signed in.
We collect what we need to take your order, deliver it and prove who you are where the law requires it. We do not sell it and we do not share it with advertisers. The detail, including how long we keep things and how to get a copy of what we hold, is on the privacy policy.
A small number, most of them there to keep your basket working. Every one is listed by name, with what it does and how long it lasts, on the cookie policy. We do not run advertising cookies.
Tell us and two things happen: we will place your order for you by phone or email at the same price, and we will fix the problem. The accessibility statement lists what we already know is broken and when it closes.
One registration check, then the full range at trade pricing, delivered to your clinic.
