You have 14 days. Anything unopened and unused can come back. Anything sterile or opened cannot, and that is a safety rule rather than a preference.
Two kinds of order, two sets of rights
We sell to trade accounts and, on part of the range, to the public. The law treats those differently, so this page covers both.
Personal orders
If you bought as a private individual rather than for a business, you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days of delivery. No reason needed.
This applies to the part of the range open to the public: skincare, cosmetics, gels, uniforms and general consumables.
Trade accounts
Business purchases do not carry the legal cooling off right. We still accept returns within 14 days of delivery on anything unopened and in resalable condition.
Aesthetic medicine products are sold to verified professionals only and are covered by the exclusions below.
What cannot be returned
For health and hygiene reasons, some things cannot come back once the seal is broken. This holds for personal and trade orders alike, and it is the same rule every supplier of these products works to.
- Anything sterile whose seal has been opened
- Injectables, needles, cannulas and syringes
- Any product used, part used or with the packaging opened
- Anything sold as short dated, end of line or damaged packaging
Unopened, sealed and in the condition it arrived in, it can come back.
How to return something

Tell us first
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and what you want to return. Do not post it back before you hear from us.

Send it back
You cover the return postage unless the fault is ours. Use a tracked service, because until it reaches us it is still your parcel.

Get your money back
Once we have checked it, we refund to the card or account you paid with. There is no restocking fee.
If we got it wrong
Wrong item, faulty item, or something damaged in transit: tell us within 14 days and we cover the return and put it right. That is separate from changing your mind, and it costs you nothing.
For anything damaged on arrival, please report it within 48 hours with a photograph. See the delivery page for why that matters.
