Restylane® Refyne is a sterile, biodegradable, transparent gel based on cross-linked hyaluronic acid of non-animal origin, with added lidocaine hydrochloride 3 mg/ml. The product is a filler that works by increasing tissue volume, restoring the facial contours to the desired degree of correction. The volumising and lifting effect comes from the ability of cross-linked hyaluronic acid to bind water.
Duration of effect
The product increases dermal volume for a period of 6 to 9 months
Results sometimes last up to one year depending on individual factors such as skin type, age, lifestyle and the technique used
Application
Depending on the area being treated and the tissue filling, the product should be injected into the mid or deep dermis, the submucosal layer of the lips, the subcutaneous tissue or supraperiosteally
