PRX-T33 ® is a registered medical device with a Class I CE mark, created from a combination of 33% TCA (trichloroacetic acid), 5% kojic acid and H2O2 (hydrogen peroxide). PRX-T33 ® is a needle-free method of skin biorevitalisation, created in Italy by Dr Rossana Castellana and patented after 10 years of clinical experimental research. It has been available on the medical market since 2007. The product is in the process of being registered as a medicinal product for acne, with clinical trials ongoing.
Indications for use of PRX-T33®
- revitalisation of the skin of the face and body, neck, décolletage, backs of the hands and other areas of the body
- atrophic scars
- loss of firmness of the facial skin
- treatment of melasma and skin hyperpigmentation
