Thanks to its active ingredients, it effectively supports the removal of pulp, dentine and the smear layer, making it easier to clear and shape the canals during endodontic treatment within the oral cavity. ENDO-PREP Cream by Cerkamed contains disodium EDTA (15%), which flushes out calcium and magnesium ions. This process softens the surface layer of dentine, significantly easing its removal and the preparation of the canal. In addition, the urea peroxide (10%) present, combined with irrigating solutions such as sodium hypochlorite, generates active oxygen and foam. This action supports the thorough, mechanical cleaning of the canals of pulp and dentine.
