Ejal 40 is an Italian preparation with non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid, recommended for lax, dehydrated and dry skin exposed to UV radiation and air conditioning, and for skin with stretch marks and discolouration. It is a hyaluronic acid of medium molecular weight (MMW) 1200-1800 kDa at a concentration of as much as 40 mg/2 ml. Thanks to this choice of ingredients, the basic structure of the extracellular matrix (ECM) is rebuilt, the environment is prepared for the newly forming building blocks of the skin, and the natural ability of fibroblasts to produce collagen is increased (rebuilding of the basic structure of the extracellular matrix). The preparation contains pure non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid with no additives or chemical enhancers, which makes it safe. The optimal amount and concentration of hyaluronic acid in the pre-filled syringe, 40 mg/2 ml, is enough to treat 2 areas.
Ejal 40 is administered using the 4 BRP (BioRevitalizationPoint) injection technique. Limiting the number of injection points to 4 reduces the risk of puffiness and pain.
