Exfoliating ampoule with rice bran water is an exfoliating face ampoule that you apply to damp skin and rinse off after a short massage. The formula is based on rice bran water, supported by salicylic acid, niacinamide and hydrating ingredients. The treatment combines gentle exfoliation with brightening, so it can be used instead of a classic scrub. It works well on skin with blackheads, enlarged pores and visible discolouration.
Exfoliating and smoothing the skin
Exfoliation comes mainly from salicylic acid, a fat-soluble BHA. It reaches inside the sebaceous openings, which helps reduce the look of blackheads and enlarged pores. Its action is supported by gluconolactone, a PHA that is gentler on the skin than classic fruit acids. After the treatment the skin is noticeably smoother to the touch.
Brightening and evening the tone
Rice bran water, listed first in the Peel Shot Exfoliating Black Rice Ampoule formula, supports the brightening of discolouration and has a soothing effect. It is joined by arbutin, one of the better-studied brightening ingredients in cosmetics. The effect is reinforced by niacinamide, which also improves the look of the skin tone. The skin regains an even, radiant look.
Hydration and sebum control
Squalane softens the skin and adds elasticity, reducing the tightness typical after exfoliating treatments. Hyaluronic acid in several forms binds water in the epidermis and keeps hydration at the right level. Niacinamide helps regulate sebum, so the skin keeps a matte finish for longer. After rinsing, the skin is smooth but not dried out.
