Treatment with the Derma Roller creates microscopic channels in the skin, so-called micro-injuries, which contribute to increased synthesis of collagen and elastin. This process delays skin ageing and significantly improves the penetration into the dermis of the nourishing substances we want to apply. The main task of this device is to eliminate dead skin and loosen the connections between its cells while stimulating the living layers of the skin. As a result, blood flow in the skin increases and fibroblasts are stimulated to synthesise collagen and elastin. Each successive treatment gradually reduces the depth of scars.
