Delivery is free on orders over €300. That is the order value before delivery, and it applies to Ireland.
A small number of EU destinations are served by express only, which costs more. If that applies to your address you will see it at checkout before you pay, never afterwards.
Cut-off and dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same working day. Anything after that goes out the next working day. We do not dispatch at weekends or on bank holidays.
You will get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves us.
Collection
We are not set up for collection. Everything goes out by courier.
If something arrives damaged
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send a photograph. That is usually all we need to put it right.
Check the parcel when it arrives, particularly anything in glass or with a sterile seal. If the outer box is visibly damaged when the driver is still with you, note it on the delivery record.
Reported inside 48 hours with a photo, we replace it or refund it and we cover the return. After that it gets harder for us to make the claim, so please do not sit on it.
