Teosyal® PureSense Redensity I is a sterile, clear, non-pyrogenic, viscoelastic gel based on non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid of non-animal origin, containing 0.3% lidocaine hydrochloride. Each pack contains one syringe filled with Teosyal® PureSense Redensity I. Each syringe comes with two sterile 30G1/2 needles and two identification labels (one to be given to the patient, the other to be attached to the patient's treatment record). The volume of each syringe is shown on the pack and on each syringe.
Indications
The therapeutic goals of Teosyal® products are:
- restoring volume
- filling depressions and wrinkles
- restoring proper hydration to the skin
- reconstructive surgery: filling depressions caused by scars, restoring volume lost due to lipoatrophy
The product is recommended for improving the appearance of wrinkles and rehydrating the skin of the face, neck and décolletage.
Lidocaine is a local anaesthetic developed to reduce the sensation of pain.
Action
Hyaluronic acid is the main component of the ground substance of tissue. Its structure, in the form of a molecular sponge with a spiral structure, allows it to hold water at a mass a thousand times greater than its own. It is distributed throughout the skin tissue and hydrates the skin, but its amount decreases with age. The skin becomes thin and fragile and cracks appear on it. Teosyal® PureSense Redensity I is a hyaluronic acid gel injected intradermally. Thanks to its considerable fluidity and viscoelastic properties, Teosyal® PureSense Redensity I is evenly distributed in the skin tissue, which helps maintain hydration and strengthen the skin. Teosyal® PureSense Redensity I is biologically degradable and slowly absorbed. To achieve a satisfactory level of hydration, the treatment must be repeated from time to time.
