Open a Trade Account

Trade pricing shows once your account is verified. Applying takes a few minutes and you only have to do it once.

Who can open an account

We supply professionals, not the public. There are two levels, because the products are not all the same.

Standard trade account

Open to salons, clinics, pharmacies, academies and anyone buying for a business in the field. This unlocks cosmetics, professional skincare, Korean skincare, waxing and salon consumables.

Verified professional account

Required for injectables and anything used through the skin: dermal fillers, skin boosters, polynucleotides, biostimulators, mesotherapy, lifting threads, needles and cannulas. We check your registration with the Medical Council, the Dental Council, the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland or the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland.

That is not us being awkward. It is what a supplier of these products is supposed to do, and it protects your practice as much as ours.

What you will need

• Your professional registration number, if you are applying for a verified account
• Your business or clinic name and address
• A VAT number, if you have one
• Proof of professional indemnity insurance, for verified accounts

What happens next

We check the details against the relevant register and come back to you by email. If anything is missing we will tell you exactly what, rather than leaving the application sitting there.

Once you are approved you will see trade pricing across the whole catalogue, and you can order without going through the check again.

Questions we get asked

Can I see prices before I apply?

Cosmetics and salon consumables are priced openly. Injectables and professional-use products show pricing once your account is verified.

Do you supply clinics and salons?

Both, and pharmacies and training academies too. The account level depends on what you want to buy, not on what kind of business you are.

Can you get something that is not on the site?

Often, yes. Tell us the brand and the product and we will tell you honestly whether we can source it and how long it would take.

I am not based in Ireland. Can I still buy?

Yes. We ship across the EU and price in euro. Verification requirements still apply, checked against the equivalent register in your country.
