Biotin also called vitamin H, also called vitamin B7, is involved in the metabolism of fats and carbohydrates. It plays a special role in the proper functioning of cells. Biotin is a natural astringent that regulates sebum secretion. known as vitamin H, it is essential for cell development, production of fatty acids and metabolizing fats and amino acids. Biotin helps stimulate cellular repair, promoting healthy skin cells and tissue growth. Biotin also helps with premature hair loss and graying.
