Derma Roller Gold 3in1 is a set of 3 interchangeable heads with a handle with a range of 180, 600 and 1200 needles. The treatment using the Derma Roller creates microscopic channels in the skin, the so-called microdamages that contribute to increased synthesis of collagen and elastin. This process delays skin aging and significantly improves the penetration of the nutrients we want to apply into the dermis. The primary task of this device is to eliminate dead epidermis and loosen the connections between its cells while stimulating the living layers of the skin. As a result of this action, blood flow in the skin increases and fibroblasts are stimulated to synthesize collagen and elastin. Each subsequent treatment gradually reduces the scars. All, even the smallest, damage to the epidermis activates the self-renewal process. With age, the skin’s ability to self-renewal decreases, which can be noticed, for example, in slower-healing wounds. Usage:

Before each treatment, the skin should be cleansed and dried. Then you can start rolling the epidermis about 10 times in each direction (right, left, up, down, diagonally). The entire treatment should last from 3 to 20 minutes, depending on the area and intensity of rolling. To enhance the effects of the treatment, you can additionally use a serum, saline or other nutritional preparation. After the treatment, disinfect the derma roller with liquid or wash it under running water. Treatments can be performed after anesthesia with an anesthetic ointment, according to the client’s feelings. You must take into account that there may be droplets of bleeding on the skin surface and scabs after the procedure.
