Application:

• 3% oxidant for coloring eyebrows and eyelashes.

How to use:

• Combine 10 drops with 2 cm of RefectoCil eyebrow and eyelash tint and mix until a uniform consistency is obtained.
• Apply to eyebrows and wait 7-10 minutes or to eyelashes and wait 15 minutes.
• After the set time, rinse the preparation thoroughly.
