Dottore NMF Xpress Eyes is an actively moisturizing eye cream and on the eyelids, recommended for dry and dehydrated skin. The liposomal glacial water contained in the preparation stimulates multi-level hydration of the deep layers of the skin and energizes its cells, and the bioactive tetrapeptide regulates microcirculation, reducing the visibility of dark circles and swelling under the eyes. An additional advantage of the product is the nourishment of tired and dehydrated skin and protection against excessive water loss by restoring the hydrolipid barrier of the epidermis.
